Biography<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Olha Popova was born on July 9, 1964 in Romodan, Poltava region. In 1985 graduated from Poltava State Pedagogical College of V. G. Korolenko in the speciality \u2018Ukrainian language and literature\u2019. Worked as a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature at high school \u2116 3 in Berdyansk, since 1991 \u2013 the teacher of\u00a0 Berdyansk State Pedagogical College (later university). In 1999 finished a postgraduate study at BSPI.<\/p>\n

In 2001 defended the thesis Formation of Stylistic Correctness of speaking of future elementary school teachers (specialty 13.00.02 \u2013 The Theory and a Technique of Teaching Ukrainian language) at the specialized academic council of Institute of pedagogics of NPA of Ukraine; the research supervisor \u2013 PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor T. Pototska.<\/p>\n

In 2013\u20132019 worked as the Associate Professor, the Head of the Department of Pedagogy. Deputy Dean of scientific work of Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts; Scientific Secretary of BSPU.<\/p>\n

Scientific interests: Formation of Professional Speaking of Future Elementary School Teachers; Teaching students\u00a0\u00a0 development of speaking abilities of younger school students.<\/p>\n

Awards: Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine (1996); Certificate of Merit of the Zaporizhzhya region Labour Union union of Educators and Science of Ukraine (2003); Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine\u00a0 (2005); Badge \u2018Distinguished Educator of Ukraine\u2019\u00a0 (2009); Certificate of Honor of the Central Committee of Labor Union of Educators and Science of Ukraine (2010); Badge \u2018For scientific and educational achievements\u2019 (2014); Certificate of Honor of the Zaporizhzhya region council (2016).<\/p>\n
