In 1995, she graduated from Berdyansk Mechanical Engineering College, majoring in &#8220;Machining of metals by cutting on machines and automatic lines&#8221;; 1996; Berdyansk Mechanical Engineering College, specialty &#8220;Accounting and Auditing&#8221;; 2003; the Azov Regional Institute of Management of Zaporizhzhia State University, specialty \u201cOrganizational Management\u201d, specialization \u201cTrade and Catering Management\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In 2006 she obtained Master Degree as per program subject area &#8220;Management of Organizations&#8221;, specialization &#8220;Management of Hotel, Resort and Tourist Service&#8221;, Academy of Management and Information Technologies &#8220;ARIU&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012 Viktoriia Shvachko completed an internship at the the University of Economics and Trade, Interbranch Institute of Postgraduate Education and Retraining of Specialists in the course &#8220;Teaching Methods in Higher Education&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In different years she taught the following disciplines: Fundamentals of Tourism Studies, Tourist Cartography, International Tourism, Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotion, Organization of Excursion Activities, Theory of Recreation and Balneology, Balneology.<\/p>\n<p>In different years she taught the following disciplines: Fundamentals of Tourism Studies, Tourist Cartography, International Tourism, Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotion, Organization of Excursion Activities, Theory of Recreation and Balneology, Resorts Study.<\/p>\n<p>Areas of scientific interests: development of international tourism in the context of globalization; increase of efficiency of use of tourist and recreational potential of Ukraine; actual problems of tourism development in Ukraine; professional training of future specialists in the tourism industry; formation of professional competence of tourism specialists; formation of communication skills of future specialists of the tourism industry.<\/p>\n<p>Field of research: formation of the concept of marketing management of a tourist organization.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2018 Viktoriia Shvachko has been working as a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Finance, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Biography Viktoriia Shvachko was born on 17, 1975 in Rostov-on-Don.
